Hello, we're Synthesis Coaching Associates. Our administrative address is 30595 Kingston Road, Easton, MD USA. We operate out of the province of Sondrio, Northern Italy.
Why we collect your data
We collect your data only in those instances where you request something from us: a brochure, article, or application download.
We do this for two reasons:
Our offerings represent our developed intellectual property and we want to know who is downloading it.
Your download indicates your interest in our activities and we may from time to time have updates on the downloaded information. Your email address enables us to inform you of these updates.
What data we collect
When you use our website to download information, or you get in touch with us by email, over the phone, or on social media, we collect some of your personal data. This is limited to your first and last names, your email address, and your phone number if you share this with us.
When you browse our website, small files called “cookies” are uploaded to your browsing device to enhance your browsing experience.
When you enroll in our training program, we may ask you for credit card information if your payment plan includes this option.
What data we receive
To give you a great service, when we use payments through the site, we work closely with our payments processor. When you pay us for services, they collect your name, address, and email and share this with us.
How we share your information
We do not share your information, unless you specifically authorize us to do so or by participating in resource programs which we run from time to time. This is limited to information you provide as part of the public profile you wish displayed on our site.
How long we keep your data
When you use our site for your own publicity, we keep your data posted for the duration of the program within which you are publicizing or until you tell us to take it down.
When your data is posted on our site as a member of our faculty, we keep your data posted as long as you are an active member of our team.
When you download materials from us, we keep your data for 3 years.
When you enroll in our programs or otherwise pay us for services, we keep your data for 5 years.
When you provide credit card information, your data is erased at the end of your payment obligations to us.
How we transfer your data internationally
Our site is in the public domain. If you post information about yourself through our site or are on our faculty list, your information will be viewed internationally. Otherwise we do not transfer your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we have about you. You can also ask us to change it, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to the way we use it by emailing admin@synthesis-coaching.com
